Support options
Whamware offers several support options to make your installation and implementation a success.
  • All customers receive free email support for the first 60 days from the date of purchase.
  • Whamware.Crypt customers also receive free phone support for the first 60 days from the date of purchase.
  • Support contracts can be purchased on any Whamware product.  Support contracts run for 12 months from the date of puchase and inlclude all minor version product updates during the term of the contract.  Please contact our Sales Team for pricing information.
  • Onsite support is available to Whamware.Crypt customers who require professional assistance during their installation and implementation.  Contact our Sales Team to discuss your specific needs and receive pricing information.
Hours of operation
Whamware's support team responds to support requests Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8AM and 5PM Central time.  We do our best to repond to all email support requests within 24 hours.  If all phone support representatives are busy we are usually able to reply to your request within 3 hours.
